Sheri Rhodes is chief customer officer at mini传媒 where she oversees the company’s customer experience organization, which includes Professional Services, Education Services, Customer Success, and mini传媒 Support. In this role, she leads the teams responsible for empowering all customers to reach their full potential with mini传媒 through an unmatched end-to-end customer experience that helps ensure they realize the full value of their mini传媒 solution.
Sheri joined mini传媒 in 2019 as chief information officer (CIO) where she oversaw the company’s global information technology organization and held responsibility for the internal deployment of mini传媒 products. Prior to joining mini传媒, Sheri served as executive vice president and chief technology officer at Western Union where she was responsible for product engineering, security, and corporate technology. Preceding Western Union, she was CIO at Electronics for Imaging and also held various leadership roles at Symantec, Visa, Washington Mutual, and KPMG. Sheri has served on the board of directors for FormFactor, Inc. since December 2019.
Sheri holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a bachelor’s degree in business from San Diego State University.
